Logitech C920x HD Pro PC Webcam, it's not top of the line or anything but it's great for what I need

Whatever you choose, just DO NOT choose the Logitech C920x HD Pro. It is permanently stuck very zoomed in. It makes it barely useable and a big pain to set up every time. I have to put it on a tripod with the wire fully extended as far as it can go to make sure everything is within view.

You're not going to find a big desk with adjustable height for $200-300. A good ergonomic chair is going to be more than $200 too, unless you get lucky with a used chair. As for the webcam, a Logitech C920x is probably your best bet.
