You mentioned a nuphy which is low profile. I'm a big fan of low profile boards. I tested most of the popular brands, including the air v3, and my favorite is still the lofree, if you can look beyond the odd design choice of the flow 2. They have a 75 percent layout but I prefer the 68 key variant.

The Melgeek o2 has Apple sensibilities. But if you want silent switches out of the box, try a Nuphy Node, Nuphy Air v3, or Lofree Flow, or Lofree Flow 2.

I have both, the MAGI65 sounds better, I have the kaihl ghost switches and they sounds magnificent and the typing feel is the best. HOWEVER, I find myself gravitating towards the lofree flow 2 (I’ve swapped out the switch to the ghost switches as well) because I prefer 50g actuation weight. I’m glad

Lofree will get recommended against by some of the more knowledgeable voices here because their stuff isn’t QMK, which is fair, but the cloud series switches in the Flow 2 are pretty excellent. If you want silent, I wouldn't recommend Nuphy. Instead, consider the Lofree Flow 2 100 with Void switches (silent). Lofree uses Kailh Choc V2 switches rather than Gateron KS-33 so there are more options for silent switches (including tactiles) if she wants to change them. If you want it to be black
