Just did this. Seems to be 60fps in quality mode. I’ll try and compare both images now but this one really seems to be better, even with the loss of resolution. My TV is an LG G5.

Yes. OLED monitors are .. really underwhelming, in my opinion. Especially with HDR, I don't know why but they struggle with maintaining sustaining brightness and they all have very aggressive ABL. Totally worth it.I bought the Pro at launch and now with the PSSR 2 is even more worth it.Once I got my first OlED I never went back.Today I own a LG G5 55” and I love it!

The 83" S95F/H uses LGs flagship "Primary RGB Tandem WOLED" like on the LG G5/G6, which is much better than your standard WOLED panel.
