The TV industry finally concedes that the future may not be in 8K
OLEDs are crazy expensive and handle motion less well than plasmas. I’m happy with my LG B4 OLED, but my old plasma had a more “analog” quality that I kinda miss.

I've finished my first game on PS5 Pro (RE4 remake). What's next?
Got my pro a few weeks ago, hooked it up to my LG B4 OLED and it looks beautiful. Working on the platinum for Stellar Blade, the games running at a cool 60-80fps, absolutely stellar experience. Going to go through FF7re/make/birth next

Best 55” TV around 1L
LG B4 55" at 80k at amazon was a great deal, see if gets back in stock. Check local stores for LG C5 55" around 1L as well. https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/compare/lg-b4-oled-vs-sony-x90l-x90cl/49540/39008

Aspect Ratio Error (Young Sherlock)
I have an LG B4 OLED and I just rented The Empire Strikes Back and it's stretched pretty bad, I haven't seen this with any movie before until now, it has to be the stream file itself is messed up or not reading aspect ratioes correctly

H.264 vs H.265 is there any real quality difference. Also I don't care about file size.
Its an lg b4 oled the other is a highsing something 7 way worse . Lol but works better for this. Its just odd because like I said ssd no issue but hdd is the problem. It won't even play some movies off the hdd

What tv are you gaming on and will you be upgrading this year?
77” Samsung S89C purchased 2 years ago for $1799 USD. It was a big upgrade from my 55” LG B4 OLED which got burn in twice, both times covered under warranty but it was an early generation OLED. The only reason for me to upgrade would be if the next gen consoles will take advantage of a 240hz refresh
