These are super premium high end Windows systems. For the price, if you don't need Windows you can get an a MacBook Pro, and those systems absolutely scream. At the moment though, Lenovo hasn't made most configurations available so you're stuck with mostly low-end processors and worse integrated GPU

Such a thing does not exist (anymore) in the Thinkpad model lineup. Lenovo moved their smallest (X-) series to 13.3" with the X390 from 2019, and stopped offering Thinkpads with smaller displays. The X1 Nano also has a 13.3" screen but would otherwise be a very good fit. Should fit into your budget
