Thinkpad T1g Gen 8 configuration is very tricky.

They advertise the laptop with unsupported speeds. I dont think this is ethical. The specs quite clearly state: "Memory Type LPDDR5x-7467, maximum transfer speeds of up to 7467 MT/s, 16GB / 32GB / 64GB memory modules are available" and "Gen 5 SSD on M.2 PCIe® 4.0 slot will run on PCIe® 4.0 protocols

A new premium laptop that the manufacturer does not want to talk about: Lenovo quietly releases powerful RTX ThinkPad

shouldn't the tilt be "Lenovo quietly releases 'less' powerful RTX ThinkPad"?It's just a non-professional version of the P1, like the T16 to P16. Edit: MORE powerful. Thanks OP."Interestingly, in this case, the ThinkPad T1g Gen 8 will likely be more powerful than the ThinkPad P1 Gen 8,“
