Lenovo idea Tab pro, much better 144hz display and CPU than p12. But yeah still not as good as legion tab 3 which is the best, but legion tab 3 is a much smaller device and more expensive.

A tablet? Seriously. A tablet with a keyboard case is perhaps a perfect fit. I went overkill with a Tab S9+ But an S9 Fe may fit your income better (second-hand market or "refurbished"), and the keyboard case isn't too pricey. It can use the Microsoft suite perfectly fine.
