Windows FSE cannot be released if Lenovo don’t do its part

Lenovo never do anything fast , GPU Drivers for legion go 1 were a joke. There was 1 update in January 2025 and then the next one didn't come until August 2025 . In the meantime nobody could play doom dark ages unless you loaded the more recent Asus rog GPU driver onto the legion which I and many ot

SteamOS outperforms Windows in nearly all Legion Go S performance tests, yet Lenovo appears to be ignoring the existence of the SteamOS version

You can’t even find a mention of the SteamOS version of the Lenovo Legion Go S on Lenovo’s website. I am so NOT kidding. It’s right there https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/p/handheld/legion-go-s-powered-by-steamos/83n6000gus Shows up in search for me but out of stock, it’s also sold in local stores and h

Legion Go or Steam Deck OLED?

Depends what you’re looking to get out of a handheld. Steam Deck is a much simpler experience and much more of a true “handheld”. It runs indies super well with no tinkering. Battery life is great. However its specs are aging and there’s a learning curve when it comes to leveraging SteamOS for mods

Rog ally for a Legion Go?

I’ve had the original Legion Go, Ally Z1E and now Ally X. Legion Go’s screen is pretty great, no doubt about it. Speakers are terrible compared to Ally. Battery is a little worse than Z1E Ally and way worse than X. Detachable controllers on Go are kinda neat, so is the built in stand. The Go is much

Legion Go 2 Drivers - A Blast From the Past

The no in Lenovo stands for no timely updates for their handhelds, including the $2000 brick called legion go 2. Hope the steam OS official roll out in June isn't delayed. At least valve will be more timely with updates instead of depending on Lenovo for a miracle.

MSI Claw 8 EX with Arc G3 Extreme leaked, listed in Italy for €1,599

Not really Z2E was incredibly underwhelming and basically a slightly better Z1E that barely catches up to the Intel in the 8AI+. Even with OLED the Go 2 is terrible value at that price when handhelds half its price perform just as well. I doubt this new G3 MSI handheld will be worth that to most peo

How do you guys game on airplanes or hotel rooms with not great WiFi. Is it possible?

I had to buy a Handheld dawg. Lenovo Legion Go 2. For some reason PX Pro works better than Remote Play on the portal. I went through two portals same issue. My unit is hardwired at home too great internet just remote play sucks.

Honest opinion: Never going to buy Handheld from MSI

If msi/intel pisses you off with their drivers/update, you should check legion go sub. You pay over 2000$ for legion go 2 and get support like 3rd citizen updates every 6-12 months while asus pushing updates first and Lenovo release their updates after 2 weeks or months later than asus and when you

Legion Go

For context I own; 1 Rog Ally Z1E 1 Rog Ally X 1 Legion Go Z1E Multiple steam decks PS Portal handheld Switch 1 & 2 Of all my handhelds the Legion Go was the least used and least performant relative to Rog Ally. Lenovo Legion team has really terrible driver support where the last GPU driver update f

Experience comparison Asus rog ally X (steam os) vs Legion go S (Steam OS 32gb ram)

The ASUS ROG Ally X is generally considered better than the Lenovo Legion Go S, despite the Go S having higher RAM (32GB vs. 24GB). The Ally X offers better battery life, more stable gaming performance, improved cooling, and better software support, making it a better, more robust gaming handheld.
