Good Laptops for ArcGIS AND Gaming??
Lenovo Legion 5i at Costco for like $1,500. It can handle anything GIS or gaming wise. My kid is an engineering student and I bought it for her. She has ArcGIS Pro on it and that laptop laughs at it.

Läppäri opiskeluita varten
Monet peliläppärit on ihan hyviä, ei niitä voi kategorisesti tuomita. Esim Lenovo Legion 5 Pro -sarja on oikeasti hyvä. Meillä on firman työkoneina niitä kaikki. Varsin hyvä jäähdytys, näyttö, näppis ja kosketuslevy. Ja nuo 5-sarjan koneet on yllättävän ohuita ja keveitä. Tommonen 1200€ Legion on jo

Should I import laptop for college?
You don’t need to spend that much bro, I’m doing engineering next year as well and I spent <£1500 on a legion 5i ultra 9 32gb ram 5060, which should be plenty enough for that.

Best laptops for engineering majors? (Ps Do I really need a laptop that can run cad during my general ed?)
Other commenter is right. To add, you’ll probably be using CAD within the first few weeks if you are planning on joining engineering extracurriculars. One thing you’ll need to consider when buying a higher end laptop is battery life and weight. Higher end processors and dedicated GPUs draw a lot of

Notebook gamer até 10k
Em termos de potência? O Predator.

New computer set up
Are you using revit? I’m a Mac person and I totally understand having to work on PC for work. But AutoCAD is available now on Mac. So I have a Mac at home and at the office I use a MacBook Pro. I bring my iPad Pro m5 for meetings. But I do have a Lenovo legion 5i for revit mostly. But I rarely use r

Help an indecisive person prioritize specs
why are you so confused…..MacBooks are for you…..Get the M5 air with 24gb ram……because windows laptop cant perform well on battery even if they have high end processor… plus they get loud under load….but lasting more like 5-10 years is a big thing… because it’s non upgradable so see that….I mean als

Best Video Editing Laptop
Question: why do you want a laptop if you have no interest in mobility? You’ll much rather do this work on a well spec desktop with a pair of giant UHD+ displays than a laptop. Without an answer, this is an interesting A/B case. You can get more potent graphics in a “gaming laptop” with the conseque

Best Laptop for Editing 2026
I'd say that a solid contender for the job would be the Legion Pro 5i Gen 10 Intel (16") with RTX 5060 It's within your budget at about $1,500+ from the Lenovo website. I believe that it'll do just fine and it's future proof as well. UPDATE: On second thought, people praised the 2025 model ie 2025 L

Gaming Laptop Recommendation That Can Last + Won't Break My Bank
If you’re used to Yoga weight, you might have some issue getting accustomed to the weight of a gaming laptop. Also if you don’t mind gaming laptops running at most 2 hours without plugged in, or having to carry around charging brick. Not tell you don’t get, but just really be aware cause it will aff
