Never bought a mattress online before, considering Nectar....
I think nectar is on display/demo at Ashley furniture now. I'd suggest going to a local Ashley and Mattress Firm. My wife and I have a Layla but we ended up ordering a Purple Restore Plus after laying on a bunch. Nectar is a very traditional memory foam feel.

Pillow help
If you are pain free, I'd suggest sticking with it. Pillows are so unique and it takes time to find the right one. I tried the medium loft harmony as a primary back sleeper and it was way too high for me and the low one caused me pain between my shoulders as well. I ended up going back to my COOP Ed
