What’s your HOLY GRAIL mascara?!
Lash idole by lancome. The only mascara for older ladies that actually separates and coats lashes well. I found it two years ago in my mid 50s. It is everything I need.

Best mascara you've *ever* used?
I LOVE Lancôme Lash Idole I have it in brown for daytime and black for more drama. I find my eyes pop more with the brown and it looks more natural on me. If I really want dramatic eyelashes I combine the Lancôme Idole with Tarts Light Camera Lashes, I always get compliments when I use the two toget

What’s something you originally tried as a free sample and then immediately had to buy because it was that good?
The Makeup by Mario Luminous Hydrating Foundation. When applied with a damp sponge, it gives the most beautiful, healthy glow to your skin, and performs so well the entire day. Waiting for a sale to buy it, but.. the Lancome Lash Idole Volumizing & Lengthening Mascara. I have super straight, somewha

What’s your HOLY GRAIL mascara?!
Absolutely on Lancôme Lash Idole Mascara! Never clumps, lengthens, separates, and has almost a waterproof-type wearability. I’ve tried every other Lancôme Mascara, this one is the BEST. 100%

What expensive products are ACTUALLY worth the price?
Lots of people say high-end mascaras aren’t worth the price, but I have tried all the Lancôme Lash Idole dupes and they just aren’t the same. They don’t give the same spike or hold the same curl, or have the same staying power. A lot of luxury stuff is subtle—it might have a tad more dimension in it

I honestly don't know what to look for in a mascara
I think a good mascara is totally dependent on what you need from your mascara. I need length and definition, and I have watery eyes so I need something that will stay but also will come off my lashes at the end of the day. I use Lancome mascaras - my day-to-day go-to is Definicils but lately I have

Best mascara you've *ever* used?
I really, really love the lancome lash idole flutter extension lengthening mascara. I prefer length to thickening and it's so perfect for that. I dont even have to comb my lashes out when I use it and no clumping. 👌🏻

what mascaras do we use? and/or how many
I have two that I choose between depending on the look I'm going for: Buxom Lash Volumizing when I want a softer, more natural look Lancome Lash Idole when I want a darker, high impact look
