You should get a moisturizer with SPF. I love Aveno SPF 15 Daily Moisturizer. Philosophy Purity Cleanser is the best cleanser. It's also great at removing makeup. I have used L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara on & off since it came out in 1992 and I still love it. It's not Essence cheap but it's drugstore. The Panorama mascara is good too.
