100%! Thats why I am primarily using Essence, Catrice, Wet & Wild, and Hard Candy these days. Only "splurge" has been my L'oreal Voluminous mascara.

Best drugstore mascara
My favorite, go-to mascara is L'oreal Voluminous Mascara. I have long but light colored lashes. I don't curl my lashes so I don't know how it is with keeping curl.

Best L’Oréal Mascara
My holy grail mascara is L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara. It came out in 1992 and I have used it on and off since then. I will try other mascaras but I keep coming back to this one.

L'Oreal Voluminous mascara. I sometimes use the primer as well if I want an extra boost of drama When it is new, you may need to wipe off a bit of excess from the wand before applying if it causes clumping I also like Lancome hypnose
