Best drugstore mascara
My favorite, go-to mascara is L'oreal Voluminous Mascara. I have long but light colored lashes. I don't curl my lashes so I don't know how it is with keeping curl.

Best L’Oréal Mascara
My holy grail mascara is L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara. It came out in 1992 and I have used it on and off since then. I will try other mascaras but I keep coming back to this one.

What are the absolute basics of makeup?
Apply daily moisturizer with SPF before makeup. I like Aveno SPF 15. Since you're young and need affordable products, NYX Butter lip glosses will be some of your favorite products. For cheap but good mascara, go with Maybelline (Sky High or Great Lash). L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara is also really good

Any advice on products?
Start with the affordable brands (Wet and Wild, e.l.f. Cosmetics, NYX). The NYX Butter lip glosses are to die for. They're like $4. L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara is really good. Maybelline Fit Me blushes are good and very affordable.

warning: be very careful with removing tubing mascara
