Tubing mascara has polymers which kind of “shrink” as they dry. The end result is a “tube” around each eyelash that won’t transfer because it’s a whole unit. They come off with just water. What "holy grail" drugstore products have you never stopped repurchasing?
L’Oréal double extend mascara. I have allergies so I need a tubing mascara or I look like a raccoon at the end of the day. I’ve tried Thrive and countless others, but to me, this is the holy grail of tubing mascaras.

How to keep eyelashes from clumping together?

Mascara suggestions
My holy grail is L’Oréal double extend tubing mascara. It doesn’t advertise as waterproof but it’s definitely smudge proof and I haven’t had any issues with it going on my bottom lashes if I’m not wearing mascara there. Also not difficult to remove at the end of the day. Been wearing it for over 15
