My holy grail is L’Oréal double extend tubing mascara. It doesn’t advertise as waterproof but it’s definitely smudge proof and I haven’t had any issues with it going on my bottom lashes if I’m not wearing mascara there. Also not difficult to remove at the end of the day. Been wearing it for over 15

L’Oréal double extend tubing mascara stays on my lashes for like fully 24 hours unless I wash with warm water.
