Miniled looks better in bright daylight scenes with HDR as it can get much brighter and it doesnt suffer from vrr flicker, but other than its not even close. Localdimming also doesnt work well in SD

KTC M27T6, even if I don't like VA panels is an underrated miniled monitor because is 1440p, minor blooming, good LD algorithm and color gamut. Much better than IPS 4K M27P6, or MSI E16M.
