Amp for BMR Towers
I have a Wotan and a Freya+ being feed by an Eversolo A8. I’m only using Klipsch 600m which are pretty easy to power but one day I’ll have some Fortes. I love my system and am having a ball tube rolling. I still have my Aegir and could have easily just bought a second one but the Wotan is pretty end

High-frequency fatigue with Klipsch The Nines + external phono preamps… what am I missing?
Since you already had powered speakers and if you like Klipsch then did you consider upgrading to passive Klipsch? https://www.crutchfield.com/p_714RP600ME/Klipsch-Reference-Premiere-RP-600M-Ebony.html?tp=186 https://www.crutchfield.com/p_714600M2E/Klipsch-Reference-Premiere-RP-600M-II-Ebony.html?tp=1

Best speakers to pair with Marantz 2235?
Closing this out, I just ordered the RP 600m ii bookshelf speakers. I simply became frustrated with the more vintage options that folks recommended here. My inability to find a local source for those good vintage speakers left me with new speaker options and I think the Klipsch kept coming back as a

New stereo cabinet
Klipsch RP-600M. The warmth of the tube amp goes well with the crisp nature of the Klipsch.

What speakers?
I have this receiver and I paired it with set of Klipsch RP-600M II. They go really well together with decent bass and smooth a smooth high end... I also have a vintage pair of KLH 6's that I rotate in on occasion. Great bass but the edge goes to the Klipsch's treble range. With either speaker set y

I feel embarrassed, but I just can’t figure this out on my own
The sound isn't for everyone, so do research on that vector too, but the Klipsch RP-600M (about $350 new at Crutchfield) are EXCEEDINGLY efficient - 96db! - and would bet more than adequately powered by that sweet Sansui. 92db or higher is considered "gold standard" for a speaker being very sensitiv

System Design Help
That should work just fine. The only issue you're going to have is that if you wish to keep your BOSE soundbar you will need something like a Wiim Ultra. Setup would be TV > eARC to Ultra > Optical Out to Sound Bar. I'm assuming your TV has ARC/eARC here. The one issue with Optical is that you can't

Technics 1500C upgrades and tips!
Thank you for the information. I would definitely look for some better speakers on the used market and also get a better amp if budget allows. In your Shoes, I would get a Loxjie A40 amp or SMSL AS400 and add some used speakers (Dali Oberon, KEF Q500/Q300, Klipsch RP600M,…) to give your nice turntab

Expandable stereo setup
Well my advice is to buy used. You can take some chances then and sell without loosing money if you don't like it. For metall it can be tricky to find a good match.. I would stay away from anything with metal dome tweeters. Find a pair of used Dalis for example. And a used Denon or Marantz amplifier
