Nine

Preordered Klipsch Nines II a month ago and patiently waiting. Though my space can’t even compare. Looks and I’m sure sounds great.

You can split the difference and get something like Klipsch The Fives (or Sevens or Nines) that are powered stereo speakers that also take HDMI ARC.

I use an MSI laptop running Tidal to my Klipsch The Nines. Simple, and sounds great in my office. I do the same thing with my old CDs and have an external hard drive attached when I want to access that music instead of Tidal. Compact little system that sounds great.

Klipsch the Nines might be cool, then you don’t need an amp. Saw some on Amazon on sale. If you want something bigger, you could get a pair of wharfdale lintons (just slightly over budget on sale rn) or super dentons, or Klipsch RP800F II. You’d need an amp though. I’m a sucker for the classic look.

I wouldn't recommend a soundbar, I doubt anyone in this sub would recommend a soundbar the Nines are the better product compared to the Sevens Klipsch the Nines are more neutral, has more bass, but has tricky placement constraints due to its size and large bass response

If you want only TT and speakers you need active speakers. If you choose the SL1500C, you have a phono preamp already build into the TT and can choose freely on the speakers. Maybe get some with Phono preamp anyhow, if you want to switch cartridges in the future. The preamp in the SL100C is build fo
