NeverEnoughTech is my go to review person to watch for soundbars. He hasn't made a video of all of those mentioned but I do think he'll eventually get to most/all of them. Of the systems that I've had/heard that he's reviewed, I haven't heard him say much I'd disagree with compared to my experiences

I would agree that the newer mk2 would be better and it’s got tons of power and to be honest I’m sick of recommending the Samsung just because of its price. I think they sound okay and although I’ve never heard the 990F, I’ve heard the 990D and the bass was fairly strong but boomy and the sound qual

Q990F & 990D (full system) LGS95TR or AR (full system) Klipsch Flexus core 300 (bar alone, but it's the best soundbar) $1200 but you can get it for $1090 Side note: I would advice you go all out and secure yourself for the future Get the: -- Klipsch core 300 bar, sub 200, surr 200 -- JBL 1300MK2

I have the Klipsch flexus core 300. It’s a solid soundbar even if you’re running it without a sub.

This sounds like the best answer for the OP's specific situation - Bravia TV, 4K Blu-rays (the Bravia 9 supports both Dolby and DTS), no rear speakers. Other possibilities could include Klipsch Flexus Core 300, AMBEO Max or Plus, KEF XIO. (The KEF"s webpage only specifically lists Dolby Atmos and DT

You can use rears of the 990D as additional front speakers. I have a Klipsch Flexus Core 300 and it's awesome sound quality wise. It's plenty dynamic yet the voices come out clean every time. It's also very bassy on its own and if it's not enough for you, you can get ANY(!) external sub to work with

Are those the only options? And what do you plan to use it for? Movies? Music? Regular TV? Gaming? If you have the money, the Nakamichi Dragon with four subs is probably the best soundbar you can get. It's expensive as hell though. The Nakamichi Shockwafe Wireless is a great more affordable option.

Sony is not good now, there are a lot of good options besides it. Go for Loewe Home Cinema 553 (if you can spend ~ 3k on it), or another option would be Klipsch Flexus Core 300, with surr's and either original subwoofer or get SVS. These options would would be better than Sonos and sound way more. P

The 300's sound is hardly different from the 200 according to RTings. A real disappointment considering the cost. I was only interested in it because it has RCA sub out, but after they increased the price by $200 right before it actually became available (after 9 months of delays) and the lackluster

Please not JBL. While it's having punchy bass it's faking everything. If you're not into sound it will be fine to you, however if you do know how things should sound, then it's definitely not the right option. Wish some quality, Klipsch Flexus Core 300 is a good option, however it costs as full syst
