Can I get a decent grinder for under [$50]?

Or pay 200$ and get a Kinu and you have a manual hand grinder that is the equivalent of a Kafatek MC6 - a 2500$ electric grinder. I’m still amazed by the fact that the MC6 was the only electric grinder that i’ve tried that could match my Kinu M47 Classic

Doesn't exactly answer your question but if you enjoy the hand-grinding ritual as I do, nothing thus far beats the tactile feel (smoothness), relative speed or build of a Kinu M47 Classic, which you can get with both an espresso and pourover burr (easy to switch) and which is easy to disassemble and

Is it possible to brew a heavy bodied cup of coffee using the 1Zpresso ZP6?

I’m partial to the Kinu M47 Classic because that’s what I own and very happily use. I don’t own an 1zpresso, but I’m going on the principle of buying the best tool for the job you’re trying to do (owners can weigh in here). The ZP6 is said to be designed specifically for high-clarity, tea-like brews
