Kinesis Advantage360 Limited in matte-white
They hyped up this release. And it is definitely cool. Love Kinesis. But as an existing owner of the already expensive keyboard this is meh to me. It just feels like a response to the design of the glove80. Maybe the new switches are amazing and feel good? But I cant spend 600 just to find out… lol.

Anyone use a split ergo mechanical keyboard without a modal editing mode?
Only the best: Kinesis Advantage 360 Pro. It costs as much as a phone (and it gets much worse if shipping outside the US (1)), but it is worth it. Just don't buy another phone (2); you don't need another phone (3), while a good keyboard will make an actual difference. (1) They insist on using the mo

After switching to a split keyboard, I don't think I can ever go back (miiUnic)
Ever since I have gotten used to my Kinesis 360, when I see the rather minimalistic keyboards posted, I wonder where people put all the modifier keys and important keys like return key or spacebar and such. Those often used keys I would definitely want as thumb cluster keys, to avoid straining other

Haimu Whisper vs Boba U4TX for Kinesis Advantage 2
Here is an insight, i have and actively use both the 360 and the advantage 2 and cumulatively have gone through probably 20 sets of different keys on them, tacticles, linears, clicky, silents. Had the boba's on the 360 for quite a while. They do feel nice, sure, but your concern about fatigue is ent

Best options for professional/career software devs/programmers?
Kinesis Advantage 360 is quite well built but expensive. Other well known option is Glove80 but not everyone enjoying low profile choc v1 switches. Corne is a bit different category with fewer keys and not everyone enjoying tinkering with keymap to compensate this. Most of split ergo keyboards are a

Some will call me bold, others will call me a fool, but I just went from an 100% to a Corne 4.1
The Kinesis 360 Pro is a beast! It was the first split keyboard I saw, and the first with a keywell too. It made me realize keybords can be more than just the standard ISO with or without number pad. Until then I'd hear "mechanical keyboard" and think "keyboard that clacks like a typewriter." "Ergon

Looking for keyboard recommendations
If you are strongly against having a second layer then I would say that column stagger keyboards are not for you as they are almost always below 60% keyboards which makes it quite hard to avoid an extra layer. There are a couple of notable exceptions, the most popular being MoErgo Glove80, ZSA Moonl

Tastiera meccanica
Dato il budget illimitato io consiglio sempre le tastiere split.Ho una Kinesis advantage 360.Però dovresti cambiare layout e prenderti i tasti mancanti - probabilmente ci sono ma non ho idea

Experience buying modded KA360 from Upgrade Keyboards
Not sure what you mean by plasticky sound, or what kind of KA360 you heard? I currently have the 360 with Kaihl Box White (clicky) which Kinesis offers on their website. Prior to that, I have an Advantage with the Cherry MX Blue switches, and a couple of other Advantage with Cherry MX Brown (I think

Maniac. I recently went from lifelong 100% to a Kinesis 360 Pro and thought I had it bad. I've been doing 30 min a day with keybr.com and it's helped get me back up to speed. Split is amazing, trying to use regular keyboards afterwards just feels completely cramped and wrong. These layouts are actua
