Haimu Whisper vs Boba U4TX for Kinesis Advantage 2
Here is an insight, i have and actively use both the 360 and the advantage 2 and cumulatively have gone through probably 20 sets of different keys on them, tacticles, linears, clicky, silents. Had the boba's on the 360 for quite a while. They do feel nice, sure, but your concern about fatigue is ent

Some will call me bold, others will call me a fool, but I just went from an 100% to a Corne 4.1
Maniac. I recently went from lifelong 100% to a Kinesis 360 Pro and thought I had it bad. I've been doing 30 min a day with keybr.com and it's helped get me back up to speed. I use the Adv360, but you will get many of the same benefits with the Adv2 (better hand positioning, contoured keywells

Is it Worth It?
It was/is absolutely worth it to me (I have a collection of what's now called the "Advantage" keyboards going back to about 2000) as I had a nerve injury in one arm that prevented me from using "normal" keyboards for quite a while and redirecting certain keys to stronger fingers made a big differenc

first split kb: elora or straight to glove 80?
I can't say anything about the globe 80 specifically. However, having used both the Kinesis 360 and a Cyboard; it's fantastic. The curved key well is phenomenal ergo upgrade - if it weren't for travel, I'd only have split, ortho, curved keywell keyboards.
