Barebones Keychron V3 MAX or Q3 MAX should work. Throw on some Gateron G Pro switches with your choice of keycaps and you're good to go.

I have a Keychron V3 Max with browns, it's alright. The firmware is kinda buggy, like layout switching back to windows or RGB changing, when waking from sleep. I got some retro mac themed keycaps from aliexpress and they're great, so keycaps shouldn't really be a worry tbh
