V3 Max

I had the same problem with V3 Max out of box with space bar 1.5 years ago. Their support gave me some custom firmwares to try that fixed it. I noticed there is a "debounce" option in the latest firmware, too. So maybe they added the option now. To see what I mean, check out: https://www.keychron.co

You could get any hotswapable mechanical board with a knob and change the switches with clicky ones. Maybe the Keychron V3 Max or Q3 if it's avaliable. Or a barebones board like the LEOBOG Hi75C which is aluminium. I heard clicky Kailh switches are good.

keychron c3 pro or keychron v6/v3 max (this has wireless) the banana switches are keychrons heavy tactile, there are not a ton of prebuilts with tactiles, much less/none with heavy tactiles
