I ordered the keychron q6 max and the bloody ‘d’ isn’t working right out the gate Are the switches hotswappable? Literally just replace the switch with a key on the keyboard that you never press and avoid buying another keyboard all together.

Late to the party here, but chiming in to say I’m having the same issue with my Q6 Max just over a year after buying it. The F, G, H, and U keys have to be pressed very hard to register. Did you end up going the route you described? I just started getting unresponsive FGHU keys unless I press really hard (Gateron banana). Purchased my Q6 max in February 2025, just like you. Can’t believe the warranty is 90 days for a $200 keyboard. Trash company. I’ll never buy another Keychron prod
