Keychron V1 Wireless Keys are double typing
My q6 max has been double typing ever since new. I've been living with it but this will probably be my first and last keychron. Edit: I used the keychron launcher to update my firmware on my q6 max. Tentatively, it seems like it's working fine now. The firmware change log said it "1. Fixed key doubl

Node low or high blush profile quieter?
I ordered the keychron q6 max and the bloody ‘d’ isn’t working right out the gate Are the switches hotswappable? Literally just replace the switch with a key on the keyboard that you never press and avoid buying another keyboard all together.

2 Different Keychron models with the same issue!
I returned it and ordered the Q6 max which is meant to not have the issue Says who? There's no reason to assume any gasket-mounted Keychron board can't have the problem. Or is this a common problem Seems to be.

Keychron is a scam company, please DO NOT BUY.
If you by "they" mean the people who had problems, some of them have troubleshooted it, found the root cause, and fixed it/repaired it. Warranty, if the process works, is the correct action, but the point is that the causes of this problem are fairly well known. Misaligned plates Due to the physical

Q6 Max was my worst purchase of the year
I never said I wanted to do a warranty return, I wanted to offer feedback!!!! This isn’t just ‘my issue’—this is a widespread issue with the Keychron Max Q6 (as you will see from this sub) that never should have left production with the amount of subpar units if they had real QA. You can dig at Ap

Recommendationns for replacing Keychron Q6 Max?
It often takes several months before the problem shows up. For example, Keychron Q6 Max assembly help. The problems started a few months in, and developed to a point where the keyboard became unusable. The assembly part is about a provided new PCB. #49

Keychron Q6 Max - Left shift intermittently unresponsive, how to fix?
For what it's worth, my very new Keychron Q6 MAX keyboard left AND right shift key are doing this same exact thing. It's more prevalent on the left shift key. I think it's bullshit that this is happening on such an incredibly expensive, high-end, keyboard. Very glad I found this thread because I was

More than 10 years of solid use, I replaced it with the same model
my cheap wireless logi keyboard lasted me a decade, my $200 keychron q6 max lasted me a year before the keys in the middle stopped working. https://www.reddit.com/r/Keychron/s/Nm2sREJkkP https://www.reddit.com/r/Keychron/s/VVNnGbmOg8

Various Issues One Week after buying the Q6 Max
Late to the party here, but chiming in to say I’m having the same issue with my Q6 Max just over a year after buying it. The F, G, H, and U keys have to be pressed very hard to register. I changed out the switches and am getting the same result. Truly a horrible outcome for a 1-year old, $200 keyboa

An Update about the Performance of Q Max/V Max Series
Did you end up going the route you described? I just started getting unresponsive FGHU keys unless I press really hard (Gateron banana). Purchased my Q6 max in February 2025, just like you. Can’t believe the warranty is 90 days for a $200 keyboard. Trash company. I’ll never buy another Keychron prod
