Q5/ Q6 HE, how's your experience?

I have the Q6 HE. Unfortunately Keychron keyboards of various models experienced numerous problems. Mine was double key pressing. Support is also useless or non existent. Be warned

Keychron not honoring warranty. Help.

I purchased a keyboard. NOT parts! It was sold as a "keyboard". So although this is very convenient for keychron .. its just BS. It literally says: "Keychron Q6 HE - Pro Gaming Keyboard - Wireless 100% Layout, 2.4 GHz/Bluetooth/Wired, Rapid Trigger, Hot-Swappable Programmable Gateron Magnetic Switch

K10 HE not automatically reconnecting after sleep mode

I have the Q6 HE QMK Keyboard. Nothing works so far. I've scoured all I can from the internet... No one seems to have this issue in particular fixed. My numpad 0 also gets stuck every now and then where it either doesn't respond to pressing or just holds 0 until I toggle inputs. Not to mention batte

Review: Keychron Q6 HE 8K

If recalibration did not resolve the issue, then the hardware is definitively failing. However, a few details regarding your RMA experience do not align with Keychron's direct retail structure. First, the MSRP for a fully assembled Q6 HE is roughly $249 USD (for the wireless version) A $400 price t

Looking to purchase a Q5 Ultra 8K, but concerned

as a Q6 HE owner with a keyboard that doesnt work, I would recommend NOT to buy any keyboard. Unless you hate money. Keychron will not warranty or support their products search for keychron issues and warranty issues

Q6 weird behavior - sends Escape while pressing other keys

My Q6 HE doesnt work either. most likely yours is defective. if you can return it, return it. otherwise throw it in the garbage and buy a brand that supports their products. you will not get support from keychron. treat this as a learning experience

Feeling happy 😃 Landed new Dotnet job, now time to treat myself to a new keyboard.

I doubt they will because keychron will not cover it . many of the keyboards fail after the warranty. listen to the people who are going through this. I have a Q6 HE that costs here $400 and it misses keys .... so in a way it works but its not really how you can type
