Q6 HE

I have the Q6 HE. Unfortunately Keychron keyboards of various models experienced numerous problems. Mine was double key pressing. Support is also useless or non existent. Be warned

I have the Q6 HE QMK Keyboard. Nothing works so far. I've scoured all I can from the internet... No one seems to have this issue in particular fixed. as a Q6 HE owner with a keyboard that doesnt work, I would recommend NOT to buy any keyboard. Unless you hate money. Keychron will not warranty or support their products search for keychron issues and warranty issues

My Q6 HE doesnt work either. most likely yours is defective. if you can return it, return it. otherwise throw it in the garbage and buy a brand that supports their products. you will not get support from keychron. treat this as a learning experience
