Keychron is a scam company, please DO NOT BUY.

If you by "they" mean the people who had problems, some of them have troubleshooted it, found the root cause, and fixed it/repaired it. Warranty, if the process works, is the correct action, but the point is that the causes of this problem are fairly well known. Misaligned plates Due to the physical

Keychron Q5 Max (though Keychron has some potential quality issues), KBDFans Athena 1800 (not pre-built; you'll need to assemble it and supply stabs, switches and keycaps), Epomaker Galaxy100 and Galaxy 100 Lite, Akko Mineral 02, Akko Gem 02, Yunzii AL98, RK S98 There's probably others.

/r/MechanicalKeyboards Ask ANY Keyboard question, get an answer - March 05, 2026

I'm far away from being experienced in the custom keyboard game so my advide could certainly be a little "uneducated". But from the little things I do know at this point: I personally wouldn't reccommend Keychron. I had the Q5 Max and the space bar had a horrible rattle with both sides not gripping

Anyone else having this issue? Nuphy air75 v3 cracking plastic

... Lol and this stuff is EXACTLY why I waited for all the early production problems with the Epomaker Galaxy100 Lite to get ironed out and got one of those instead of yet another plastic keeb... 🤷 CNC aluminum won't crack unless I literally throw my keyboard at a wall full force. 🤣 (And 1.66kg, whi

Need some reassurance: how many of you are actually having a GOOD experience with Keychron lately?

Untangled: I just got a Keychron Q5 Max. No matter what, I get double pressing on several keys, notably space and "e". I tried a firmware update via Keychron Launcher and added to the debounce delay, but without any luck. I also tried changing to different switches. I’m returning mine today.

Hi, first time builder of a mechanical keyboard and have somehow built an unusable keyboard. My keyboard has been double typing, missing letters and spaces to a great extent. I used the keyboard for ~3 months so it's quite new, but the problem has been quickly getting worse. I wonder if it's because

I finally did it. Epomaker Aula 99 pro. Anyone have experience ?

It sucks but I'm using a Q5 Max that hasn't had issues, but I've never so much as swapped a switch on it so far, which is where most people seem to get issues to happen. Also putting lots of pressure when typing or gaming. I don't do either so I'm fine for now. People guess it has to do with the fle

The decision paralysis is REAL

TLDR - Edit - just realized you want 75 so then the Rainy75 or K2 HE My recommendation is to go to a store like Microcenter or BestBuy and buy a couple that you have narrowed down and keep the one that feels the best to you and return the other. My preference for your price range would be the Wobkey
