75% would be more useful as they have the F row and navigation keys. You may consider Logitech pop icon keys. There are also low profile mechanical keyboards fits your budget, Keychron KJ1 and RK N80, and Keychron will be better choice in terms of software support.

Only good option I see is Keychron KJ1 for 60$. Hotswappable version is $70.
