"Expensive" at home, cheap at the office, so two of these. I'm using a Keychron K8 Pro with Gateron Aliaz 100g switches at home, love the heavy typing feeling. At the office it's a quiet AliExpress GMK67 with Outemu Silent Grey switches.

Δες τα keychron με prelubed gateron pro red. Αλ

I personally like the Keychron keyboards, I started with an K8, upgraded to an K8 Pro and then went with a Q1 Max and each step made me "unable" to go back, but that depends on personal taste. Every one of them has red switches (or a Keychron equivalent, don't know their names for those) which means

It was my first experience beyond my Corsair K70 with Cherry MX Browns which I added o-rings to help with feel and sound. I was immediately dumbfounded at how awesome it was. The sm

I had this exact concern with my partner working night shifts tbh. Good silent mechanical switches like Outemu Silent Peach or Gazzew Boba U4 are actually quieter than most membranes once you add some basic mods. The Keychron K8 Pro with silent reds is what I use now and it's way more pleasant than

Coming back after a few years, the silent switch game has improved a lot. Butterfly switches feel like scissor switches yeah, similar to laptops but more stable. For building an office board, i'd look at Gateron Silent Red/Black switches or Kailh Silent Box switches - both are much quieter than old
