Final update: I removed the KW2 completely and connected the KC62 to the XIO using the subwoofer cable I bought. And now everything works. The subwoofer is properly recognized, the setup behaves normally, and the KC62 works as expected. No pairing issues, no lost sync after idle, no weird wireless b

I reset the XIO soundbar, but that didn’t solve the issue by itself. The KW2 was still blinking cyan/white and would not pair normally. However, I eventually managed to get it to sync in a very strange way. I went into KEF Connect > Subwoofer > KW2 firmware update. The update itself never completes

The XIO eventually went into idle mode, and after that I lost the KW2 sync again. I tried the same “workaround” as before — launching the KW2 firmware update from KEF Connect — but this time it did not bring the sync back. So at this point I honestly have no idea how this system is supposed to work.

I wish i had good experiences with kef... but ive only heard them in 2 scenarios both at audio advice and both times it was disappointing. 1 it was their 50s cant remember if it was the passive or active 2 channel bookshelves but they didnt get loud and didnt sound any better than my phone. 2nd was
