Q3 Meta

Both models are very similar but unless the price difference is large go with the Q3 Meta because it is the newer model and has a bit more refined sound, particularly in the upper frequencies. I think "max SPL" just means power handling before the speaker is damaged. Both speakers will have significant bass compression and distortion long before that point.
