LS50 Meta

IMHO, KEF's subwoofers tend to be overpriced for what they offer. I'd recommend something from SVS or Rythmik, or if you want to stay truly in budget, RSL. I run an RSL Speedwoofer 10e with LS50 Metas and it's...fine? I wouldn't mind more, but my wife would 😁.

My aim is for a great movie experience and i thought maybe the ls50 meta's low mids to bass sound is missing something, which maybe the r2 meta can help with as cente

They're not flat on axis, there's a 3db rise from 2.5-5k, they're much better behaved 15-30 degrees off axis. For my designs I prioritise on axis response and linear off axis response horizontally, because if I'm listening to music I'm sitting down, why the hell would I prioritise vertical off axis
