Better Bundle for a 1st time buyer?

Speakers: What are your room dimensions? Compact Kanto YU4 have small 4" mid bass drivers for a small room or desk and are a good price for $250 in the bundle with the $600 turntable for starter speakers and then later upgrade to $600+ speakers up to or past the quality level of the $600 turntable.

Sound System Help - RT82

Get a pair of Kanto YU6 with a built in phono stage. No need for the Fosi. A great sounding, simple solution. Plus Kanto is a Canadian company!

Brand new to this world - gifted to me by a neighbor and need help with the setup!

Very nice deck! Kanto YU6: that way don’t have to get a separate phono stage preamp. But if that’s not in your budget and you have to settle for Edifiers, you’ll still need a separate phono stage preamp like a Fosi X2 or X5.

Receiver and speaker for Rega Planar 1

You could also get all in one streaming powered speakers with phono stage pre amp from Kanto YU4, YU6 etc or Triangle or Klipsch. I have a spreadsheet with a feature list at www.mcmullon.com/activespeakers.ods. Having HDMI inputs for TV so the remote powers up speakers with the TV is ideal .Same pro

What combo should I get?

Budget, future plans, expectations? Location, local stores? I went into a dealer looking for a low cost upgrade to my turntable, amp, speakers traditional set up. Instead of selling me something he knew was not going to be better he offered to set up my systems and compare it against their pick of t

My first TT ! Pioneer PL-518, would love some guidance.

I think this stylus would work with that cart: https://www.lpgear.com/product/SHSR0025XT.html I know this would put you a tiny bit over budget, but I think this is a killer deal on these speakers: https://www.bestbuy.com/product/kanto-yu6-powered-speakers-with-bluetooth-and-built-in-phono-preamp--au

New to Vinyl and looking for help

Try Kanto YU6 and their sub. I tried the YU [4" ] and was enjoying the clarity and overall sound quality was what I'd call nice. A subwoofer really adds richness. The YU6 has a phono stage for the turntable and some optical inputs for cd playing. $399 and sub is whatever 200 or 349 model you want.

Need a new Turntable!

So, you have a couple of options: Cheap but functional, but you are likely to want to replace the whole mess in a year's time to upgrade. Or save up a bit for a serviceable system. The Best Buy Insignia manual turntable runs $120 normally, and was just on sale for $90. Unfortunately, they seem to be
