Try Kanto YU6 and their sub. I tried the YU [4" ] and was enjoying the clarity and overall sound quality was what I'd call nice. A subwoofer really adds richness. The YU6 has a phono stage for the turntable and some optical inputs for cd playing. $399 and sub is whatever 200 or 349 model you want.

Wall mounted Kanto YU6s with an SVS PB1000 in the corner. The sub was a deal I couldn’t pass up, so I made it work. A little overkill, but it definitely fills in the gaps.

Rega Planar 3 (Planar 1 or 2) off ebay, Kanto Yu4 or Ora 4 but only go down to 60Hz. REN and YU6 are better (50Hz). Adam Audio D3V (48Hz) desktop analogue and USB-C only inputs. But you can get old (1990) active floor standing speakers for the same money lacking modern wireless streaming but far mor
