What studio monitors do you recommend these days?
You'll get a lot of comments telling you that room treatment is more important than monitor quality instead of answering your question. I use Kali Audio LP6's and they're great. I don't mix on them because my room is untreated, but they're great for producing and getting decent sound.

I'm done with Eve Audio
I vote for Kali as well. I have the LP-6 v2 paired with their WS 6.2 sub, and they sound superb. I know a lot of people recommend Adam Audio, and they're great, but I think they are very sensitive to placement. Thanks to the front bass reflex and dip switches to tune the sound to your room, the Kali

What studio monitors do you recommend these days?
I produce melodic house, as well as a few other house genres and I use the Kali Audio LP-6 V2 monitors. Been super happy with them so far and would definitely recommend them as a "reasonably priced" brand. Kali is a company that was started by some former JBL Pro engineers and from my research, they

Hi I'm Logan, owner of Panama Sound a small home-based project studio. AMA!
Well, it's funny but I don't have any acoustic treatment here. Some people think that's crazy, but this also has to serve as a livable home. I have Kali Audio LP-6 monitors and I use Sennheiser HD600 for headphones.... but the secret weapon is the Avantone Mixcube (it reveals all the places in the m

What is the best studio monitor money can buy for a small bedroom studio?
Kali Audio Lp6 is not the best money can buy but an incredible bang for your buck in quality of sound and versatility. They have a ton of configuration for fitting small and weird shaped rooms.

Monitoring speakers/amp for Casio
I have the PS-X1100 and PS-X7000 and agree with your assessment. The actions and audio engines are great, but the onboard speakers suffer for the sake of compactness. I've used them with Kali Audio's LP 6, which I'd highly recommend. They're a tremendous value, and I don't feel I'm missing low end e

How do I turn my square room into a good production/mixing environment?
First, don’t waste your money on light foam squares. They really don’t do much. If this is going to be a permanent space, consider DIYing or buying sound panels. There are plenty of tutorials on YT, and often it’s as easy as tacking fabric to panels of Owens Corning 703 and mounting it to the walls.

Advice on studio monitors for guitar and bass?
I find Kali Audio LP-6 to be a good deal. They sound great, are built very well, front ported, have great adjustments on the back to fit your room and are geuinely not that expensive considering what they offer.

How do i get into making me own music
7 years into producing here :) See you got Ableton, great choice. I'm still surprised by how good that software is every now and again. Learn everything that's in there. You need to know every tool in your toolbox. Just look at the audio effects, throw each one on a few different sound sources. List
