Hear lower frequencies in open back headphones
try to lookup Kali Audio HP-1, it's closed back but they put DSP on it and magically can tell low region accurately, it perfectly match my speakers (Kali LP-6 and my SB Acoustics custom made that have flat frequency) before i never able to trust headphone that i own, i mean it's because i never want

What headphones are you using?
I use Avantone Planar Black 2 in the studio (fantastically flat with great depth, but maybe not everyone’s cup of tea), but recently got the new Kali Audio HP-1s for outside of studio (and in studio for alternative reference). I’ve found the Kali’s really good, quite flat and detailed on the studio
