A super automatic is the way to go. You can get a low-volume unit like a Jura E8 for under $3k or step up to a Z10 for under $5k. You can also look to lease a unit from a local shop, will cost more in the long term but may dampen the initial blow.

I'd go for a superautomatic such as the Jura E8 or S8, buy the large milk cooler to go with it and get decent beans. With the beans either buy very large bags e.g. 3kg or get a subscription and you should be able to get them cheaper. We do this and it works out about 60p per cup (without accounting
