Office Espresso Machine [$1,800-$2,200]
This one is specifically made for offices. It’s push button not touch screen and has larger reservoirs for water and grounds so less cleaning/maintenance. We had a different more residential jura model before this one and the E8 is holding up much better Edited again - I misremembered the model - we

Would you say owning an expensive coffee machine that only you will use at home worth it?
100%. Getting a fresh cup whenever I want one is amazing and the ability to make espresso or other drinks simply makes it better. I have a Jura E8

Time for an upgrade, possibly superauto? [$3000]
I have a friend with an E8 and I've tasted espresso from it. Good news: It tasted better than what I was able to produce with my old DeLonghi ECAM super-auto. Espresso from my ECAM was undrinkable without milk. Bad news: While the taste from the E8 was pleasant, it didn't taste like espresso, more l

Looking for a low-maintenance coffee machine for small offices
Get a super-automatic like the Philips 3200 or Jura E8. Fresh beans, zero barista skills needed, and easy cleaning.

The semi-auto gatekeeping has officially gone too far
we have a Jura E8 which I am going to keep when buying my own espresso machine, notice the use of "my" because the Jura just makes it simple for good milk based drinks. I say good because I certainly have better made by friends and even coffee shops but its good enough to enjoy drinking without seco

Not impressa-ed with Jura Impressa
I have that exact old Jura model E8 in the garage as an emergency backup if my Bric dies. it's convenient but quite compromised by the grinder and grind path IMO; there are beans it simply won't tolerate. and it's a pain to clean. the actual puck compression I didn't think was bad. I've encountered

What was your reason to move up from a manual espresso machine to automatic?
I have one of both :D. I always make my first drink (cortado) with my Breville Bambino Plus + DF64v2. We have a Jura E8 that I got a great deal on and couldn't pass up, I use this for guests and my husband who doesn't like to have a "complicated" routine. I might use the Jura for my second espresso

What is a 'buy it for life' item that is offensively expensive, but the moment you use it, you realize your entire life before that point was a lie?
Yo!!! The Jura E8 Coffee machine. ☕️☕️ $1500 USD but it gives you perfect coffee-shop-grade Late Macchiato’s with freshly ground beans all day long with a single click of the button. Good for 40.000 cups of coffee! That’s 2 cups a day for 55 years and it has unlimited repairs..

What is the peak ’millennial midlife crisis’ purchase?
It’s the Jura E8. Not complicated at all once you find the right ratio for you. I just press a button and it grinds and brews my coffee, and I put a milk container next to it and it adds the right amount of frothed milk. I run a rinse cycle through the milk system daily, but the system automatically

Ποία η γνώμη σας για τις υπέρ αυτόματες μηχανές καφέ.
Συμφωνώ. Η χαρά του «τεμπέλη». Jura E8. Και ο καφές απλά τέλειος!!!
