If you don’t need ANC you can even slim down the earbuds for the jlabs jbuds mini (they are really really small !)

For small ears, Jlabs Jbuds Mini are amazing. They're the only earbuds that fit me, and also stay in well during pole practise

JLab JBuds mini are very small - I can get my helmet on / off without dislodging them.
