I just got noise canceling headphones today.. I’ve never used them before and WOW I’m amazed!! I had the washing machine going and when I activated noise cancellation, I couldn’t hear a thing except my audiobook. Nothing fancy but recommend: Jlab Jbuds Lux

My JLab JBuds connected to audio once before but never again. I tried trouble shooting and downloading new bluetooth drives but nothing will connect to audio. My computer doesn't even recognize it as an output device. Other headphones work on my computer and the JLabs work on my phone for audio, so

I don't know if this is by design or a bug in the firmware, but for example I select "movie mode" in the jlab app, it works... but every time I turn off the headphones and back on, the settings revert back to music mode.
