I’ve noticed since getting these headphones that they sound absolutely awful on my pc. They also do not sound good at all on my phone if I am on a call with someone. As soon as I’m on any call, the sound quality completely diminishes. What gives? Is this expected? Do I need to get something else?

I mean the title says it all. I bought some $30 fake AirPods off of EBay and it’s not even a comparison. The bass is MUCH better, the sound is much more full and clear as opposed to the $80 headphones I had purchased. The noise canceling is even on par with the headphones. Am I using the headphones
