Hi fellow JLabbers, I wanted to share with you some of the issues I’m having with my new pair of headphones hoping to get some help.

-1 low volume: pretty much self explanatory, I have to reach >75% in order to really enjoy a song

-2 ANC: if i’m listening to podcasts the audio quality changes dras

I’ve noticed since getting these headphones that they sound absolutely awful on my pc. They also do not sound good at all on my phone if I am on a call with someone. As soon as I’m on any call, the sound quality completely diminishes. What gives? Is this expected? Do I need to get something else?
