It was the same for me with the Hifiman R9 and the Jade Audio JT7, not impressed & very disappointed. You never listen on full volume, unless you mean that ur using ur phone as source and it has a really weak output. Get something more powerful as source+DAC+amp and stay around 40/100 or 50/120. The

Ear (1) keeps disconnecting every 5-10 secs.
I have Xiaomi Redmi 8 Note Pro. Hell yeah name btw. Before I had similar issue with JBL 720BT. Once in an hour they randomly disconnects and reconnects in a while. Same with nothing ear a. I guess bt module in phone is dying...

İ bought JBL 720bt like 2 years ego and yeah they are the best I had and if you need you can use wire like if your battery is low for but it's battery lasts for like 2 weeks so no need for it

microphone not working on switch lite please help
