Their S9+ has treads that wear out frequently, so much so that it can’t go up the ramp to recharge. And you can’t just replace the treads, you have to purchase the whole module at $45 a pop. And the right wheel has been out of stock for over a year.

I have an s9+ and have the exact same experience. Within a couple of months, Roomba’s maps show a few phantom rooms in my house. To workaround I just mark them as different rooms and exclude from my cleaning plan.

It's interesting that you think the Track is better or that you would even recommend the VisNav, from what I have heard it's a terrible robot. Something similar to what I have now, my Roomba S9+, powerful but dumb and bad navigation. Sadly I need good mopping performance and excellent obstacle avoid
