I've had several Roombas, bought higher and higher models, and I wasn't crazy about them. After a year or so, my Roomba J7+ would take 6-7 hours to clean an area of about 800sqft. Switched to Roborock, much happier. Quieter and fewer issues. Does a good job sweeping and mopping. Finishes sweeping in

Yeah, I am right there with you. For what it's worth, I've generally been skeptical of robotic vacuums/mops because I dislike half-assed solutions that are just as inconvenient as the traditional methods. My only experience is a Roomba j7 that was far too loud and cumbersome for my tiny house, and a

I do have an old Roomba j7+ on another floor that’s limping along. Maybe I’ll get the Flow 2 and run it on the problematic floor and replace the Roomba with the Flow 1 🤔

I think I have done this twice or three times. I think it was nesto d7 and roomba j7+ that had one year guarantee it won't run into petshit, or something like that. Wasn't this bad tho, and one time was old dried out shit. I don't run my vacuums on schedule anymore, always quick visual inspection wi

This thread is populated with people that haven't used a good robot vacuum or a modern one. My Roomba J7+ runs 7 days a week. It almost never gets stuck. I have mostly hard floors (almost zero carpet) and it keeps them stupidly clean. Even my air filter for my AC unit is FAR cleaner than any place I

I bought Roomba j7 in 2022 and I love it. In my previous apartment, I had hardwood floors and tile with some rugs and it worked great. Now I have carpet and a very fluffy cat and it's great too. I believe when I bought it, it was not the newest Roomba model. I like to get 1-2 generation below when i

The J7 does not have a mop. The combo version does. J7:https://www.irobot.co.uk/en_GB/irobot-roomba-j7/J715840.html Combo:https://www.irobot.co.uk/en_GB/roomba-combo/C715640.html Then I think the '+' adds better obstacle avoidance.

This is my second day with the CurvX coming from using a Roomba J7+ for vacuuming and a Braava M6 for mopping and even just two days in it’s blown my mind wi the how well it cleaned. Plus it also adds into my Apple Home app so that’s nice too.

My Roomba J7 was confused one day. I was hearing a grinding noise from it. It was reversing into the wall sitting there doing a burnout. I couldn't get it to stop unless I pulled the battery.

This is what I have for my studio apartment: Dyson V12 wireless. Excellent for hardwood floors with the green laser that lights up the golden glitter. Honestly this is annoying as hair gets caught in the wheel and around the brush head. But I do love the laser. Roomba J7. Self emptying. Great for to
