I don't think any of the low profile keyboards have screens. You could look at the MK LowKey70, IQUNIX MQ80, Lofree Flow84, or Nuphy Nos75 but all of these do not have a knob. I've noticed it's really easy to accidentally press a key when you're touching/resting a finger on a key, because of the reduced travel distance. Seems like that
