Looking for a silent or quiet, low profile keyboard!
Any keyboard can be nearly silent if it has hot swappable switches. Just throw some Durock Daybreaks or TTC Frozen Silent's in there. If you want something already built out to be silent, Varmilo makes one with sound dampening and silent switches out of the box. If you want low-profile, IQunix Magi

My first “premium audiophile” keyboard: The Rainy75
I got the same model, same color and 1 month ago too, it sounds so good.Mine came with the HMX Ziwei linear switches, so smooth !I also got myself the Iqunix magi65 which is more thocky (impressive for a low profile keyboard). But the typing experience is way better for long sessions with this gem.

Is it impossible to find a good keyboard with these criteria?
I’m with the IQUNIX team and saw the Magi65 made your shortlist. Since you're in the Netherlands, you definitely don't have to worry about shipping it back to the US for a warranty claim. We have local partners like Alternate.NL, and MonacoKeys in Germany who stock our boards. If you buy from them,

Low profile mechanical keyboard suggestion
Yes, 2.4 GHz dongles typically fix all wake up issues - it's just instant and it usually performs slightly better battery-wise than bluetooth. [Review] IQUNIX MQ80: One of the best low-profile keyboards 2025
do you think the Magi 65 keeps up with regular sized boards as far the the typing sound goes? Is it a bigger sacrifice to the sound to get a low profile board? I figured it would be but these Iqunix board sound really good on the youtube videos I have seen on Youtube.

IQUNIX MG65 x LOFREE FLOW 2
I absolutely loved the Magi65, the only things missing were an F-row and Numpad. They fixed the missing F-row with the MQ85, which made things better, but was still missing the Numpad.Recently Iqunix released the Magi96, which is of course the larger version of the keyboard shown here with both an F
