I used to use IPVanish for a few years. It was ok but started bugging out (wouldn't hold a connection). I switched to Proton and couldn't be happier.

communications timeouts using nslookup or dig (see above reply). This really looks like an IPvanish internal routing issue. I've had it with probably a dozen connection points - they work fine for several weeks, then stop. It may be they reboot their DNS servers after patching but never test their c
